Petrographic­mineralogical peculiarities and feasibility of kimberlite pipes Loric and Svetlana grade re­-estimation (West­Ukukitsky field, Yakutia)

In the paper are given data on rock composition and peculiarities of indicator minerals and diamonds from two kimberlite pipes of the West-­Ukukitsky field Loric and Svetlana. Garnets and chromites composition as well morphology and physical properties of diamonds suggesting about possible high grade of these pipes and subsequently about feasibility of their grade re­-estimation.
